Competent counselling, information and specific mediation in 11 languages

The service we offer in the Canton of Bern is unique

• Extended counselling and information for individuals, couples and families in 10 languages
• Counselling offered for all aspects of life
• Intervention in difficult situations
• Mediation in the case of conflicts
• Bridge between clients, authorities and specialised departments
• Coordination between the departments involved

The services offered are geared towards people with migration backgrounds, who are residents of the City and Region of Bern (Former VRB communities) or who have an F, B, C permit or Swiss citizenship. The clients pay an annual registration fee of CHF 20.-.

Outside these districts we charge a fee for our counselling services (external consultancy assignment). The costs (CHF120.- /hr.) are borne by the commissioning party (responsible institution or clients).
